- Agent is the new app. Customer-facing AI agents will become the primary interface for every company — not a feature but the product itself.
- Outcomes-based pricing. Agents should be priced by achieved outcomes (resolutions) rather than inputs (tokens) or seats. Incentive alignment is the core argument.
- Three-tier AI market. Frontier → tooling → applied/agent. Startups belong in the applied layer; tooling is too close to the sun.
